James Rutledge, Managing Director
James Rutledge has over 13 years in the civil and mining sectors across Australia and New Zealand. During this time, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills from using explosives underground, machinery operations through to large scale helicopter works as part of a Joint Task Force post Kaikoura Earthquakes.
James also served 4 years full time in the Australian Army, making him and Rutledge Drilling, a proud supporter of veterans and veteran employment opportunities. During James’s time in the Geotehnical field he has had extensive experience in the following: Rockfall prevention systems, Catch fence installations, Slope stability systems, Scaling Operations, Industrial Abseiling (level 3 IRATA certified).
Linda Rutledge, Administration Manager
Linda has worked in the Mining Civil Construction Industries for the past 40 years with the last 30 of these years being management positions. Her training consists of workplace health and safety, contract administration, planning & scheduling, and with her stronge understanding of accounting and the Microsoft suite make her a great asset to our team and any project she works on. During her time in the mining industry, Linda worked on many of the major infrastructure projects in the North West Mineral Provence, including Mount Isa Mines, Century Zinc, Earnest Henry, Phosphate Hill and the Acid Plant.
Linda worked for 4 years as the Administration & Training Manger for one of the country’s most successful Aboriginal training organisations, within the Mining & Civil Construction sector. This has given her a strong understanding of the importance of training young people and indigenous to take on roles within the industry.
Jonathon Rutledge, Nth Qld Manager
Jonathon has extensive experience in rope access work across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. His mechanical mindset enables him to approach challenges with innovative thinking, often providing solutions to problems that could otherwise delay projects. This unique blend of hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills makes Jonathon an invaluable asset in ensuring the smooth progression of various complex tasks in diverse environments. His ability to think “outside the box” not only enhances efficiency but also fosters a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles in the field.
Marc Levinson, Commercial/Systems Manager
Marc is a seasoned professional in operations and contracts management, bringing a wealth of expertise across sectors such as civil engineering, construction, and ground engineering. His ability to achieve positive outcomes is underpinned by meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive risk assessment capabilities, and exceptional communications skills. Marc’s robust background and proven track record make him a valuable asset in ensuring project success and fostering collaborative environments.
